Workplace climate action is one of the most underused levers available to individuals. Most people think about what they can do at home or as consumers, but the place where you spend most of your waking hours, your workplace, is also a place where your voice carries specific weight.

Employees who ask about sustainability signal to leadership that it matters to the people the company depends on. That's a different kind of pressure than external criticism and it tends to land differently.
